In a managed service, all tasks related to the implementation and management of the service are guaranted by Innov4web, leaving the customer only in charge of managing and configuring the installed solutions.

In an unmanaged service, we will manage the infrastructure which the service is based, leaving the customer in charge of all management, configuration and monitoring.
